This model pizza prep table is capable of holding (6) 1/3 size food pans (sold separately), up to 6” deep. The food pans provide plenty of storage for pizza ingredients. You can mix and match for a custom layout. This refrigerated prep table can fit 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, and full size food pans. The prep top area extends your storage.

Cutting Board

The Universal UPPT44 44” pizza prep table incudes 20” deep cutting board. The smooth, durable surface is easy to clean and it crack proof. The cutting board is spacious, often used to assemble large pizzas, calzones, wraps, and salads.
