A sandwich prep table keeps ingredients chilled while you prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and more. With refrigerated compartments and plenty of workspace, these tables are an ideal equipment addition for delis, restaurants, and commercial kitchens of any size.
A sandwich prep refrigerator keeps refrigerated items at food-safe temperatures while you cook. They feature powerful compressors and oversized cooling systems that work in all conditions to maintain a consistent temperature inside the unit. Many units use environmentally-friendly refrigerants.
To keep up with the demands of a busy kitchen, every refrigerated sandwich prep table is made with a sturdy stainless steel frame. Plus, this stylish finish will match the other stainless steel equipment in your space.

Restaurants specializing in sandwich or salad menu items may need a larger unit, while kitchens that prepare these foods less frequently–or have less space–might opt for a smaller table. Many units feature ergonomic door openings, but we also carry a sandwich and salad cooler with drawers.

From top to bottom, a sandwich prep station is created with features that make food prep convenient. The ample open surface atop the sandwich prep table has plenty of room for cooks to assemble sandwiches, salads, and other dishes. On either side or at the back of the surface, you’ll find individual insulated storage compartments for veggies, meats, and other refrigerated items. The door can be propped open for easy access as you work, then shut closed when it’s time to clean up.
Underneath, the refrigerated base has storage for overstock ingredients or larger containers. Handy shelves keep your stock organized, while interior lighting provides optimal vision. Your supplies are within easy reach; just open up the front doors. Some models even feature self-closing swing doors to help maintain proper temperature regulation. At the base of the unit, you can attach swivel casters to create a mobile prep station that you can roll anywhere you need it.
