Balanced Refrigeration System

The Universal GF-25S 26” refrigerated glass froster / plate chiller includes a balanced 1/3 HP refrigeration system. It is programmed to keep a temperature range of -5 – 2 degrees Fahrenheit. The glass froster / plate chiller is on a defrost timer system, when it gets too hot the compressor turns on, and when it gets too cold the refrigeration system turns off. This model uses R290 refrigerant and a forced-air cooling system. This unit will effectively chill glasses and plates to the perfect temperature.
