Mega Top Prep Area

This model sandwich prep table is capable of holding (30) 1/6 size food pans (sold separately), up to 6” deep. The food pans provide plenty of storage for sandwich and salad ingredients. You can mix and match for a custom layout. This refrigerated prep table can fit 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, and full size food pans. The mega top prep area extends your storage.

Cutting Board

The Universal USPT72 72” sandwich prep table includes 8” deep cutting board. The smooth, durable surface is easy to clean and it crack proof. The cutting board is spacious, often used to assemble sandwiches, wraps, and salads.

Hinged-Swing Doors

This model sandwich prep refrigerator has self-closing, swing doors. The handles are recessed. The self-closing doors feature helps maintain cold temperature’s by not staying open.
