The bakery display case is on a defrost timer system, when it gets too hot the compressor turns on, and when it gets too cold the refrigeration system turns off. The bakery case system is set to have a slightly higher than normal humidity level to keep your pastries moist and delicious.

This model refrigerated bakery display case stands 55 inches high which is higher than standard. The extra height adds an extra shelf / level of storage. The additional height also puts your baked goods closer to eye level to increase exposure and impulse purchases.
