Two adjustable heat control dampers for balanced control of top and bottom heat. Spring balanced door minimizes heat loss and allows full access to the baking chamber. Stainless steel doors with polished handles or Black doors with wooden handles and Black control panel. 11⁄2" ceramic hearth deck. +300°F to +650°F throttling thermostat. 120,000 BTU per deck. Natural or LP gas. Canopy style single hood, or with direct venting. 2 decks. Interior dimensions: 60"Wx36"D. Overall: 78"Wx43"Dx661⁄4"H (including Gray painted legs). 2641 lbs.
