The compact Belshaw 616B countertop donut fryer produces 35 dozen donuts per hour.

The Belshaw 616B fryer includes 16” x 16” fryer with cover/drain tray and 2 frying screens. It occupies under 3 square feet (1 sq. m) of counter space and weighs only 44lbs. (20kg). The Belshaw has a capacity of up to 35 dozen average size donuts per hour, it represents the best possible use of space for its size. The Belshaw 616B is designed for use with Belshaw’s Type K donut depositor or as part of a Cut-N-Fry system (below). The Belshaw 616B can also fry raised donuts.The 16” x 16” kettle area has room for 16 medium size donuts at a time. The fryer is constructed with durable, sanitary materials. The heavy duty element tilts out of the way to facilitate cleaning. A drain tray and 2 screens with handles are standard. The same drain tray can be positioned on either side of the fryer. this countertop donut fryer is excellent to produce donuts for us. we need to maximize our space, this countertop donut fryer does exactly that. this is our third donut fryer the others being belshaw mark 2 donut robut machines. Those are larger and product more, this model is smaller and produces less. the construction is good - i've used belshaw for donut fryers for the last 6 years and very happy with the quality and how the donuts come out. there are other donut fryer options especially countertop that may be cheaper though. with me i rather purchase a the right model and pay a few bucks extra to not have those problems that will cost me double in the future. my recocmendation would be choose belshaw for donut frying.
