Belshaw By Unisource EZ18-0506 Overview
PROVIDES FIXED CONNECTION TO PUMP SHORTENING FROM EZMELT TO FRYER. The Fill Hose provides a fixed connection from EZMelt Melter Filter to a compatible fryer. With the Fill Hose, the operator can top up shortening levels in the fryer at any time by a touch of the foot pedal. Without the refill hose, topping up shortening will probably be done by manually adding shortening cubes directly to the fryer. The refill hose is both safe and convenient by comparison.
