Fryers deposit, fry, turn, and dispense cake donuts automatically, improving donut quality and reducing costs. Training and labor requirements are substantially reduced while high quality, consistent and repeatable donuts are produced time after time.Additionally,Donut Robot® fryers can reduce shortening use by up to 50% in comparison with kettle fryers. Donut Robot® fryers are fun to watch and always attract passers-by – improving foot traffic and impulse buys. Donut size, frying times and shortening temperature can be adjusted within a generous range. Donut Robots can produce cake donuts right out of the box. In addition, you will need a way to filter your shortening ~ either an EZMelt18 Melter-Filter, or a Filter-Flo Siphon. A Roto Cooler is another popular accessory. Being in the donut business for three generations, I went through a lot of different fryers. The Belshaw Mark 2 is the best i've ever used. Super easy to operate and convenient to clean. This website got it delivered to me the same week I placed my order.

I’m a baker and I saw this amazing machine in action at Fractured Prune Doughnuts during a recent trip to Charleston SC. Besides being amazing to watch, it makes perfect, hot doughnuts quickly (and entertainingly), which are then ready to be coated/glazed/decorated after a short air cool time. Great warm, the doughnuts are still fresh two days later - if they last that long.

We specialize in catering for weddings and bigger events. We purchased this an attraction for guests to see the donuts being made by the machine automatically. Its a great addition for any wedding because the donuts are delicious. When it arrived Elite setup a representative to come and show us how it works. The product is high quality, we hope to use it for a while. Elite has been very helpful in answering any questions regarding the machine. Its pricey but if you have the clientele its worth it.
