Blodgett 1060-DBL Overview
This Double Deck Gas Pizza Oven [1060-DBL] is fully insulated on all sides and the interior is completely lined with aluminized steel. The top, front, back, sides and legs are all made from Stainless Steel. The door are spring balanced with conceal hinges and there is a separate door provided for easy ignition, cleaning and adjustments. Canopy style hood or direct venting through the back center of the oven for even bake and airflow. 120,000 BTU per deck in either Natural or LP gas. Combination gas controls with valve, regulator and pilot safety. Pizza Capacities: Holds (8) 14"Diameter, (6) 16"Diameter, or (2) 20"Diameter pizzas. TWO YEAR PARTS, ONE YEAR LABOR WARRANTY ON OVEN. FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON OVEN DOOR
