Cadco countertop electric griddle is equipped with a large, heavy cast, non-stick commercial cooking surface and easy to clean stainless steel housing. The heating element is imbedded into the casting which allows for even heating across the griddle surface. Removable stainless steel splash guard and grease tray. 3-Prong commercial SJTO cordset - 220 volts. Thermostat heats up to 425 plus degree F. UL safety and sanitary.
