This 28" Warming Cabinet (CMLB-C2RT) from Cadco contains a warming cabinet with two half-size steamless steam pans. These half-size pans are able to hold 4. 3 quarts of food each. The lower cabinet is available to heat any food or plates youâ€TMd like warmed. This cabinet contains a clear, polycarbonate roll-top cover that covers both pans, allowing for quick and easy access to the prepared food. The stainless top can be removed if you prefer to use the top level as a warming shelf. The temperature is up to you with the two control knobs, keeping food heated to your desired temperature.
