This 28" Warming Cabinet (CMLB-CSG) by Cadco contains a large 28†x 14†warming surface on the upper level. Beneath is a cabinet that can be used as a food/plate warmer if desired. Included is a polycarbonate, clear sneeze guard, keeping the food sanitary. This cabinet is able to fit the included two half-size steam pans, which hold just over 4 quarts, and also a third-size pan, holding approximately 2. 6 quarts. The stainless steel top is removable if you need to use the upper level as a warming shelf. This cabinet is equipped with two temperature control knobs, giving you control over the serving temperature.
