Cadco CPG10 Overview
Cadco glass-ceramic single panini/clamshell grill has one 10" grilling area with a ribbed top plate and smooth bottom plate. Adjustable thermostat that gets up to 700 degree F. Infrared rays allow for a quick heat up as well as quick cool down. The glass surface is extremely easy to clean - just scrape off the grill area after each use - grill surface resists carbon buildup. Includes a NEMA 5-15p plug - 120 volts. NSF, MET to UL and CSA standards. Elite Restaurant Equipment ensures that this product, CPG10, is easy to use and install.
