This Cadco Half Size Compact Catering Manual Convection Oven with Stainless Steel Door provides "Small Footprint and Large Production." Stainless steel outer door panel: no outer glass to break in transit to catering sites. Reinforced door design. Heavy duty stainless construction. 3 shelves. Advanced airflow design with patented baffle. Squirrel cage fan circulates more air in less time than traditional fan design. Manual controls: Time and Temperature. Convection technology reduces baking/cooking times vs. conventional ovens. Heat settings from 175-500F. 60 minute timer; buzzer goes off at end of cycle. High temperature motor bearings. Dura-Body heavy duty stainless steel construction. 2-1/2'' between shelves. Oven cavity wrapped in high ''R'' value insulation. NSF; MET to UL and CSA Standards. 120V/2750W/12A. NEMA 6-15P plug.
