Cambro UPCHW4002-131 Overview
The Cambro 18" Half-Height Ultra Pan Carrier w/ Casters - H-Series [UPCHW4002-131] is a great container for holding, preserving and transporting food in food pans. The container is made with polyethylene plastic which increases its durability and heat-retention properties. The interior of the container has thick foam insulation which helps regulate heat loss incredibly well. The design of this container makes it easy to transport and easy to store. This model [UPCHW4002] has the features of the UPCHW400 model but is wired for 220 volts and plugs into European outlets.
