The Cambro 31" Full-Height Heated Holding Cabinet - Camtherm [CMBH1826TBC-191] is an excellent cabinet for keeping foods heated. The cabinet it made with polyethylene plastic which is incredibly durable and extremely heat-resistant. This means your food keeps hot longer. Furthermore, the cabinet has a heating system built-in to keep your food heated while you have the cabinet plugged in. The cabinet is also excellent for transporting food as well. The unit has two front swivel casters and two rear fixed wheels which provide great mobility. This model [CMBH1826TBC] has a Celsius thermometer.
