The Cambro One-Third Size Food Pan Drain Shelf [30HPD-150] is a durable drain shelf for Cambro's One-Third sized food pans. This additional addon accessory is designed to raise food above the bottom of the food pan, allowing excess liquids to drain onto the bottom. This clear separation of food and liquid can greatly improve the appeal of some foods. The shelf works by simply inserting into the food pan and providing a raised resting space. Comes in a set of 6.
