Dishwashers that use chemical sanitizers during the rinse phase help save on utility costs, because they don't use as much energy to heat the incoming water. The 40 Rack/Hr Door-Type Dishwasher (AH-2) from CMA Dishmachines is one such machine. The incoming water only needs to be at 120 °F to properly clean and sanitize the dishes. The machine itself features a top-mounted control box that makes it easy to reach and operate. The control box has three built-in chemical pumps, one for each stage of the wash cycle: wash, rinse and sanitize.
