The CMA Dishmachine 80 Rack/Hr Double Rack Door-Type Dishwasher (B-ES) is not your typical door-type dishwasher. Most door-type, or straight-through, washers can only accommodate one rack of dishes and wash 30-60 racks in an hour. The B-ES can wash two racks at once, side-by-side. Naturally, this doubles the washing capacity, making it ideal for a food service operation that needs something bigger than a standard door-type machine but doesn't want to invest in an expensive conveyor machine. The double rack model is twice as wide as a standard door-type machine, but it will still take up less space than a conveyor machine, too.
