Many pizza shops attempt to use standard dish machines to clean their pizza pans. However, it is difficult to fit a large pizza pan underneath the door on standard models. That's why CMA Dishmachines manufactured the 40 Rack/Hr Door-Type Pizza Pan Washer (PC-AH). It has a 20.5" door clearance, so pizza pans that are up to 18 inches in diameter can easily fit in the machine. Also, with the pump purging system that rinses all chemical and food residue from the wash pump, you can be assured that your pizza pans will come out clean the first time, every time.
