The 80 Rack/Hr Double Rack Pot & Pan Washer (S-B) from CMA Dishmachines allows you to wash two racks of dishes side-by-side, effectively doubling your washing capacity without having to invest in a rack conveyor machine. This particular unit comes with all of the standard features that you have come to expect from CMA. It has an external scrap accumulator to make sure the drain is not clogged with food particles. The top-mounted control box has built-in chemical pumps, and the wash pump purging system eliminates food particle and chemical carryover between wash cycles.
