CMA Dishmachines CMA-180TC Overview
The CMA Dishmachines CMA-180-TC high-temperature dishwasher sterilizes pots and pans. Its corner configuration accommodates pots, pans, and sheet pans. The split-door design's 27-inch dish clearance facilitates loading and unloading. The integrated chemical-resistant 7kW tank heater keeps the water at the ideal temperature for cleaning up to 60 racks per hour. Cleaning the dishwasher is simplified by automatic soil removal and an external Poly Pro scrap accumulator. It is versatile due to its top-mounted control box, automatic start/stop mechanism, and pull-pin wash arms. Stainless steel protects the dishwasher from scratches. It requires 240V/60/3ph power and comes with a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
