This dishwasher uses just over one gallon of water per cycle, making it efficient and affordable. For busy commercial kitchens, the E-C Energy Mizertop-mounted ®'s control panel releases chemicals to sanitize up to 40 racks of dishes per hour. Deliming is a highlight of the CMA Dishmachines E-C Energy Mizer®. This system reduces limescale and ensures proper chemical use to maintain wash quality. The CMA Dishmachines E-C Energy Mizer® cleans well and is easy to use and maintain. The spray arm's upper and lower wash arms have end caps for durability. Food particles don't clog the drain because the crumb tray slides out when full.- CMA Dishmachines E-C Energy Mizer® uses slightly over one gallon of water per cycle
