CMA Dishmachines Overview

There are three stages of the wash cycle: wash, rinse and sanitize. This is what is required by all health departments to maintain clean, sanitary dishes. However, CMA Dishmachines has added an extra step with their 243 Rack/Hr High Temp Conveyor Dishwasher (EST-66H). It has two wash stages, in addition to the rinse and sanitize phases. The extra wash stage makes sure that extremely soiled dishes are completely clean. Also, since the unit is a high-temp machine, you can be assured that any grease or lipstick will be melted off of the dishes, reducing the need for rewashing.
