Removable aluminized steel flame spreaders. Dual heat damper system allows for top and bottom heat regulation to save energy and produce consistent menu items. Snap throttle thermostat for quick recovery. Temperature range up to 650°. 100% automatic pilot safety shut-off valve. Includes easy-access door to burner compartment and gas control valve.
