I had a great experience with the customer service reps while purchasing this reach-in refrigerator. The sale process was great and the rep, who had a great knowledge of refrigerators, he helped me pick out the perfect reach-in refrigerator for my deli. I bought this glass reach in refrigerator about 6 months ago. At first wasn't sure about it, because never heard of the brand. After i spoke to rep (i forgot his name) i was confident, since the item was fully warrantied. The quality of the product is good, we use the glass reach in cooler for soda other drinks, juices, and accessories (lettuce, tomato, milk, eggs, etc.) and it works just fine. This is more than good for any business doing the same. The price is fair, especially since the item ships for free. I'm located in Chicago and the shipping time was about one week after i placed the order. Item was packed tight, no damages. The reach in also has self closing sliding doors, which i like. It helps or staff move faster. Also this item is NSF certified and approved which is a must with our health department.
