As much as I love this refrigerated display case I was more impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism that Elite Restaurant Equipment provided. Elite gave me a five year warranty on the case and made my shipping FREE. I also was very impressed with my overall service at Elite. They even checked a few weeks later to make sure the unit was to my satisfaction.
