I recently purchased this for my commercial kitchen, the sandwich prep table is compact so it does not take up too much valuable space. The temperature has remained constant since I purchased the sandwich prep table year ago and I would strongly recommend it to other restaurant owners.

this sandwich unit is perfect size for small area, it works great in our cafe. has multiple compartments, stays at temp, and it looks great.

I own a upper class fast food restaurant that serves Greek and New York Style food. We use this sandwich prep table for our Greek salad condiments and it works great. It's sturdy, easy to clean and the temperature holds great. The only reason why I didn't rate it outstanding because it's only a month old so we'll see how it holds up over the long haul. For the price it's a great deal.
