I am the manager at a heavily trafficked salad bar on a college campus, I recently purchased this salad prep table for the establishment. Because of the prep tables 60" inch length, I am able to have two employees working side by side at a time, which is much more efficient and speeds up my lines. I strongly recommend this salad prep table because the price is great.

This Leader MFG Sandwich Salad Prep Table 60″ [LM60SC] is great. It comes with all of the inserts which makes for a well functioning line. There is plenty of room below to store product that is needed with less frequency. There is no way we could run our kitchen without one. My line cooks are so happy to have this unit.
