The Leader PT48 - Pizza Prep Table 48" is a durable option for restaurant establishments that regularly prepare pizza pies. This unit has swing doors and adjustable shelves. It has great interior capacity as well. Both the interior and exterior are constructed from stainless steel. I am the purchasing manager for Carrabba's Italian Grill in Manhattn, NY. Elite restaurant equipment is one of the business'es we work with for our restaurant equipment purchasing. This pizza prep table refrigerator is a very commonly used application in our commercial kitchen. It comes with 1. 5 doors the large door having 2 shelves, and the smaller door having 1. A pizza preparation table is a great item to prep pizzas, salads, pastas, and more. We have 3 full hotel size pans installed. We hold, cheese, vegetables, and sauce. The construction of this item makes it easy to work. We have a pizza prep table in every Carrabba's Italian Grill location. Wheels are included with this pizza prep table which helps us clean under it. After initially turning the prep refrigerator on it took an hour or so for the refrigeration Freon to kick in. After that the temperature gets lower and holds at around 36°F. Make sure the opening is filled with pans to maximize usability and sustain temperatures (especially in hot kitchens).

Convenience of use and great look for this. This Leader MFG Pizza prep table is a must have in a pizza shop unit. Seals on doors are a bit soft and not quite sure how long they will last. Unit holds temperature really well. The casters are a great addition for easy in and out cleaning. Easy reach in access and clean display.
