I was skeptical to purchase an item this big online, i'm old school. But after browsing around i saw the price was right and called in for more info. I spoke to Dwight he was knowledgeable about Marsal & Sons and the finishes the oven comes in. After pacing the order it took about a month to receive the oven but when it came i knew it was a good decision. The quality is beautiful, the design is good, and most important it works great. When they brought it to us they explained how to use it and all. If you are looking to buy something once and use it for a long time this oven is really good quality, not cheap but good.
