I ordered 2 of these 72.5" true sandwich prep tables for our large restaurant and I was extremely satisfied not only with the quality of the product but also their customer service. I originally ordered 3 but decided later that I only wanted 2. The rep that took the call was polite, prompt and genuinely sounded like she wanted to help me ASAP. She told me that she would get back to me within 15 minutes and sure enough she did and e-mailed me a PDF file with the revised order. Highly recommend this company. Will be buying from ERE again. By the way, I ordered the product on Friday and received it the following Tuesday.
