This 10 qt. commercial planetary stand mixer makes it easy to whip up a variety of other foods. Featuring a 3/4 hp motor, this model is great for any kitchen that needs a commercial mixer. This mixer is not made for pizza dough.
3-Speed, Gear-Driven
A gear-driven transmission is more reliable than a belt-driven transmission. Three speeds let you mix anything from whipped cream to bread dough.
10 Qt. Bowl
A 10 qt. bowl makes the B10J great for mixing your best-selling foods.
Attachments Included
This mixer comes with a dough hook, flat beater, and wire whip. The bowl and whip are made of type 304 stainless steel which is corrosion and rust proof.
Wire Bowl Guard
A wire guard makes this mixer extra safe, which is always a priority. Prevent fingers and other objects from getting caught in the mixer with the wire bowl guard.
Push-Button Controls
Turn the mixer on and off easily with a simple on/off switch, it doesn’t get easier than that.
