Our deli chain ordered six of these coolers for each our locations. Five out of six showed up in perfect condition, one came with some dents on the side. They told me that the shipment was insured and that they could either offer me a partial refund or a brand new replacement. We chose to get a brand new one since it is on display for all of our customers. The new item was delivered in two days without any headache. I'm actually glad we went through this because now I know I could trust them. So far the machines are working perfectly.

This sliding glass door reach in refrigerator was the perfect option for our growing bait and convenience store. We were pleased with how quickly it came through the shipping and the packaging is perfect. Great experience. The unit is built well and has been working without any issues for over 6 months. The is a big boy item so be prepared to unload with multiple people and a fork lift.

The 4 door sliding unit is good but it was not easy to get it inside my kosher deli. It was delivered curbside and i had to get 2 dolly's and use 2 of my guys to help place it. I understand we are not in the same state, but would be nice if this can be brought inside for us. Other than the delivery I've had the reach in for about 3 months and its working good.

Nothing else like this model on the market. The four glass sliding doors, refrigerated with a plug its great. The interior capacity is large and the 4 glass door reach in just plugs in.

I like this type of glass reach in refrigerator because its large and self contained, meaning the compressor is inside the box and all i have to do is plug it in. This item is 4 glass door, sliding reach in refrigerator enough to store a lot of soft drinks in my deli / grocery. The item is made in USA which is rare these days, its important to me. This model is built like a tank.

This item is what I needed for crowded deli across from a hospital. I am able to store beverages on one side as well as pre-made sandwiches parfaits etc on other side. I have noticed that because of the size I do not need to restock during the day as I used to with my small refrigerator. The product also comes with a 5 year compressor warranty which is fantastic!
