I needed to add a 4 ft steam table application to our min/super mart. We found elite restaurant equipment online and like the fact they were based in Brooklyn NY, since we are in Manhattan, NY. The gas steam table is stainless steel which is good to prevent rust and holds 3 full hotel size pans. We use this cook to warm hot food like rice, vegetables, pasta and more. The delivery people were very nice and brought the steam to table to its designated location. After this good experience i will keep this company in mind for any products we may need in the future.

We purchased this steam table for our mart to increase revenue with hot food. We bought it about 6 months ago from eliterestaurantequipment.com. Our electrician said gas would be easier and cheaper for us to install. a 3 well gas steam table that is 48" fit the space we have perfectly. We have a chef that prepares hot food 3 times a week such as: rice, chicken, fish, vegetables, and more. We purchased smaller pans to have the ability to give our customers variety. This steam table arrive about a week after we placed the order. We think we got a great deal, shipping was free too. We are very happy we found these guys.

Put this unit in my Mexican restaurant and hooked it up to the propane tank, and lit it up. Worked perfectly. This gas steam table heats soups and sides and keeps them hot all day long. Very good drain system, and easy to clean. A super buy. We received the gas steam table about a week after purchasing it online. These guys know their restaurant equipment, highly recommend.
