Universal PAROS40SC - 40" Open Merchandiser

I am very pleased with this piece of equipment. I would definitely recommend this to my friends in need. It has helped to increase my sales of fresh food and dairy products significantly.

Equipment in use for 7 months now. No problem so far. Great design, large enough. Very heavy, bellow normal noise when cooling. Just plug in and the cooler automatically keeps cool. Seems like the open air merchandiser is on a defrost timer. I chose the red/white color way because we think its catchier. I like the purchase and i like the company. They seem to have the same business morals as i have (honesty, and integrity)

I am the purchasing manager for Seven Eleven in Manhattan, NY. Elite restaurant equipment is one of the business'es we work with for our restaurant equipment purchasing. This open air merchandiser refrigerator is a very commonly used application in our restaurant locations. It serves for items such as sandwiches, yogurts, soft drinks, really anything that you can offer your customer that needs to be refrigerated. We occasionally add sushi in the unit. The open air merchandiser is over 6 ft tall and is designed well. The design attracts more customers for us. The width of this open refrigerator is just under 4 ft. For our downtown store. The open air refrigerator has 5 shelves to store goodies on. After initially turning the prep refrigerator on it took an hour or so for the refrigeration Freon to kick in. After that the temperature gets lower and holds at around 36°F. This model works on a condensing timer which means, when the temperature gets too warm the compressor turns on and when the temperature gets too cold the compressor turns off. We have purchased several of this open coolers from elite restaurant equipment, they keep them in stock and generally ship them out to us within 72 hours. Depending on our location the delivery time varies from 1-2 weeks. Overall we are happy with this item and elite restaurant equipment's service.

This unit was right there when I needed it - to meet my budget with open arms. Thanks Elite Restaurant Equipment. It runs great, just remember to not keep it near an a/c or otherwise the air will escape (because it is open).
