I am the purchasing manager for PF Chang's China Bistro in Manhattan, NY. Elite restaurant equipment is one of the business we work with for our restaurant equipment purchasing. This 1 stainless steel solid door commercial freezers is a very application in our commercial kitchen. It comes with 3 shelves per door, but we purchase extra to maximize the space inside the freezer.
This item has wheels which helps us clean up under it. After initially turning this reach in freezer in it takes an hour for the refrigeration Freon to kick in. After that the temperature gets lower and holds at around 0°F. This reach in freezer works on a condensing unit which means when the temperature is too cool the compressor turns off, and in contrary once it gets to hot the compressor turns on.
This model has the compressor mounted in the bottom, although i have heard top mounted compressors circulate the air better. Any how this model works great for us and our relationship with Elite restaurant equipment continues to grow.

The price of this unit says it all - I guess it is a local company, but it is a great bargain. I even got a 5 year warranty on it. And they stock it so I had it in 5 days (and I am in Cali)
