I've used this vegetable slicer numerous times over the years at different jobs that I've had in foodservice. They are extremely easy to use, and always perform well. If you have a little or a lot of sliced tomatoes to do, this is what you need.

We purchased this stainless steel vegetable slicer from eliterestaurantequipment.com over 3 months ago. It has been working like a charm.
