This chef base refrigerator includes four drawers to store your cold ingredients. This Model can hold up to 8 full size food pans or (48) 1/6 size food pans.

Refrigeration System

This model refrigerated chef base uses a 1/3 hp compressor and environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant. The refrigeration system requires 115V electrical connection. This chef base uses electronic controls to increase consistent temperatures for efficient functionality. The temperature range on this refrigerated chef base is 33 – 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
