The Update International KGE-07 - Stainless Steel - Forged Granton Edge Carving Knife - 0.25" x 0.25" x 17.13" is an important item to keep in every restaurant establishment that needs to carve thin slices off of large roasts. This Forged Granton Edge Carving Knife is made of high-carbon stainless steel with molybdenum vanadium. Hand-honed knife has rounded blade tip with granton edge. The handle of the knife is made from durable, slip-resistant POM and has a contoured shape to better fit your hand. Measures 17-1/2-inch overall length 12-inch blade length by 1-1/2-inch width.
