This Winco Economy Madoline Slicer [MDL-3P] helps manage food preparation time spent on slicing ingredients in your kitchen. This unit comes standard with a stainless steel cutter. Furthermore, this item is used often to slice vegetables into thin slices for your customers. To ensure that your vegetables are sliced properly three different blades, fine, medium, and coarse, are included. this winco economy mandoline slicer is well constructed,blade is sharp and handles are alright. It slices virtually any type of vegetable with ease, definitely worth the price of admission so to speak. usually a mandoline in this price range is not made well but this is all stainless steel and even the vegetable holder is well made.
