The Cadco XAFT-04HS-LD Bakerlux™ half-size convection oven is controlled with an LED panel that enables users to control the temperature, humidity, fan speed, and duration. Twelve preset buttons can link to custom recipes to cut down on operation time. Users can monitor food by looking through the transparent door or wait for the oven's noise and lights after a cooking cycle. With four shelves, the unit can fit half-size sheet pans, while the oven's stainless steel construction withstands daily use and prevents rust or scuffs. The Cadco XAFT-04HS-LD convection oven has a heavy-duty door that opens from the top and is made of two-layer glass. When the door is opened, the motor stops the cooking process, and LED lights illuminate the interior. Its two-speed fan circulates air to consistently heat food

Recommend that the end user have a standard ice-machine filter when using a humidity hookup.

*Ovens equipped with ventless system must have water and electricity connected for it to work as designed. Remove zip tie before use.
