CMA Dishmachines GW-100 Overview

The 1,000 Glass/Hr Glasswasher (GW-100) from CMA Dishmachines is a chemical sanitizing unit, so it uses a chemical additive during the final rinse phase to sanitize dishes. With low-temp machines, like this one, the incoming water temperature only has to be between 120 and 140 degrees. But, if the rinse water wasn't warm enough for whatever reason, the GW-100 has a built-in thermostat that allows you to adjust the rinse temperature. It also has all of the standard features that you would expect from a high-quality carousel washer like: automatic activation, splash screens, tank heater and double-wall construction.
