The most common configuration for door-type dish machines is what's called "straight-through," meaning the dirty dishes go either left-to-right or right-to-left. However, space is important in a commercial kitchen, and sometimes it is better if the dish machine were in the corner. Fortunately, the 40 Rack/Hr Door-Type Corner Dishwasher (C-2) from CMA Dishmachines fulfills this need. Basically, the wash chamber and all of the major components have been rotated about 90 degrees on the frame, so the machine will fit nicely into any corner of the dish room.
