The 40 Rack/Hr Door-Type Corner Dishwasher (EC-2) from CMA Dishmachines fits easily into any corner of the dish room. The unit features a top mounted control box with built-in chemical pumps and a deliming system. The pumps assure that the correct amount of soap and sanitizer are added at the appropriate times. Eventually, though, residue from the soap can build up on the inside of the machine and components. That is where the deliming system comes into play by removing the build-up and keeping the machine functioning properly.
