There's no better way to utilize a corner of the dish room than putting an 80 Rack/Hr Double Rack Door-Type Corner Dishwasher (CB-2) there. The CB-2 can wash two racks of dishes at once and has all of the standard features one has come to expect from CMA Dishmachines. The upper and lower spray arms have a unique pull-pin design that makes them easy to remove from the machine for cleaning. Also, with the built-in Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator, food scraps are diverted to a separate drawer as opposed to going down the drain. This scrap tray can easily be pulled out and emptied into the garbage.
