I purchased this bakery cased refrigerated from Elite Restaurant Equipment to display our delicious pies. I was so happy to receive the bakery case only 7 days after placing the order. The bakery case came packed very well with pallets all around the bottom and sides of the bakery case. We chose lift gate service so the shipping company brought it right in front of our bakery. Once we received the bakery case we had some additional questions and the customer service at Elite Restaurant Equipment was very helpful and knowledgeable. A+ for product, customer service, and honesty.
