This 36 inch bakery case beautifully displays all your treats, while maintaining consistent temperature and humidity levels to keep your inventory moist and delicious. This bakery case includes LED interior lighting, which allows your customers to see your baked goods more effectively.
Modern Design
This bakery display case includes flush glass front, top, sides, and back held together by stainless steel moldings. This design is perfect to display inventory to guests. The stainless steel frame is industrial, sleek, and smooth in construction. The rear access sliding doors contribute to the modern design while adding efficiency and functionality.
Balanced Refrigeration System
The Leader Refrigeration CBK36SC bakery display case includes a balanced refrigeration system. It is programmed to keep a temperature range of 36 – 43 degrees Fahrenheit. The bakery display case is on a defrost timer system, when it gets too hot the compressor turns on, and when it gets too cold the refrigeration system turns off. The bakery case system is set to have a slightly higher than normal humidity level to keep your pastries moist and delicious.
Exterior Construction
The exterior is constructed from 430 stainless steel, which is easy to clean and rust proof. The flush glass design provides a sleek, durable finish.
Interior Construction
The interior is made of 304 series stainless steel to resist corrosion, and make it easy to clean. The unit features special refrigerator insulation between the steel to ensure temperatures stay consistent and your treats stay fresh.
