The Universal USDF29 29” one section solid door reach in freezer boasts 23 cu. ft. of interior capacity. The stainless steel interior ensures years of safe and dependable usage in commercial environments. The potent, over sized refrigeration system and environmentally-safe refrigerant makes certain your inventory stays fresh in the most consistent temperatures. This model is self-contained, it requires a 120V electrical connection. For installation all you do is plug it in and turn it on. This reach in freezer has a beautiful, modern flush design with rounded corners which looks great and gets the job done. The 4 built in casters makes it easy to clean underneath the reach in freezer.
Systematic Refrigeration System
A 1/2 hp refrigeration system circulates R-290a refrigerant for even distribution cooling. A bottom mount compressor makes maintenance easier, while maximizing the pull of the cold air. This design makes the condenser coil easily accessible for cleaning, and servicing. The self-contained makes for an easy installation, plug it in and turn it on and you’re finished. No plumbing required.
Digital Temperature Control
Digital temperature control makes it easy to adjust the temperature of your reach in freezer within its -10 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit range. The digital temperature control is pre-set to keep the unit below 10 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure optimal performance. The unit is set to an automatic defrost cycle so when the temperature get to high the refrigeration system turns on, and when it gets too cold it turns off. This pre-programmed system helps make certain your inventory stays safe and fresh.
Adjustable Interior Design
This reach in freezer comes with 3 coated wire shelves. The adjustable interior design gives the flexibility to remove the shelves and put in full size pans if you want. The coated wire shelves can be adjusted to any height level’s so you can make the most of your storage space. The shelves are coated with heavy duty PVC, made specifically for commercial foodservice usage.
Exterior Construction
This reach in freezer is made for commercial usage, it is capable of withstanding commercial and industrial daily use. The 430 stainless steel exterior is easy to clean. The flush design provides a sleek, durable finish.
Interior Construction
The interior is made of 304 series stainless steel to resist corrosion, and make it easy to clean. The unit features special freezer insulated between the steel to ensure temperatures stay consistent and your ingredients stay fresh.

This commercial reach in freezer is a workhorse. The digital temperature display on the outside made it easy to comply with food codes. We used this in a mobile food trailer which gets hotter than a typical restaurant and it worked perfectly.
